Rick Workman Appointed President of Taylor Oil Co.

Somerville, NJ - Tuesday September 01 1998

George Taylor Chairman/CEO of Taylor Oil Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Rick Workman as President of Taylor Oil Co. and all of its subsidiary companies. Rick started as a Salesmen in 1986, received his MBA from Rutgers University in 1990, and over the past five years has successfully filled the position of Vice President of Taylor Oil Company. We are proud of his dedication and accomplishments, and we look forward to his continued commitment towards growth for our company.

Dave Taylor will move to Senior Vice President of Environmental Affairs. Frankie Spalding will become Secretary/Treasurer, as well as, Human Resources Director for New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania. They will continue to report directly to the Chairman.

In September, Eric Hoffmann was promoted to Operations Manager of the Somerville, New Jersey office. He will be taking over for Frank Bloom who will be focusing on growing our business in his capacity as Sales Manager. We are making this move to re-focus our attention on customer service. Our recent growth has made it impossible for one person to handle both the Sales and Operations Department. We look forward to both Frank and Eric's efforts and contributions within each of their areas.
