Taylor Oil Company & Motive Enterprises LLC Agree to Dissolve Joint Venture, Shell Fueling Services LLC

Taylor Oil Company & Motive Enterprises LLC have agreed to dissolve their mobile fueling joint venture, Shell Fueling Services LLC (SFS LLC), effective December 1, 2002.

SFS will be divided in two with Taylor Oil retaining all business in the Northeast and Motiva retaining all business in the South. TOC will no longer operate in the south nor have any ownership interest in SFS. This development will allow TOC to re-focus on our core business and profitability. We are looking forward to closing this deal and the opportunities it presents.

From now until December 1, Taylor Oil and Motiva will be working together to effect an orderly transition that will continue to provide our customers the service they expect and deserve.
