I have loved my experiences in using Taylor Oil Co as my fueling supplier. From their account managers to their drivers they have a super friendly and professional staff that under promises and always over delivers. They have an excellent customer service that goes the extra mile to make sure that my tanks/HD machines are always fueled and if something arises they are taking care of it. Excellent service and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a fueling company.

I just wanted to thank you and Taylor Oil for coming to our rescue on the filling of our emergency generator at Store #6267 in Gettysburg.

This store had a major electrical fire that damaged the switch gear, which caused us to be without power for a month in which it was imperative that our emergency generator had fuel through this entire time, including over Christmas and New Years. We also had Taylor Oil provide an auxiliary fuel tank in case your trucks couldn’t get to the store to deliver due to bad weather.

 

As I’m sure you are aware, these emergencies very seldom happen during regular business hours and you don’t know the relief we in Maintenance have when someone picks up the phone when we call after hours and are willing to help us.

 

We at Giant/Martin’s Food Stores are very thankful for Taylor Oil and your great response and providing us with this needed service during an emergency.

Taylor delivered a last-minute load for us that our company forgot to dispatch. Our customer called back the next morning saying he never got it (which was not accurate). We spoke to April Fink with Taylor Oil to find out what happened. She called us back just a few minutes later with an update. The site DID in fact receive the delivery and the tank was full, but Michael Leonard offered to go back out again tomorrow and fill him up a little more.

This was going above and beyond what Taylor was asked to do and we very much appreciate Michael and April taking charge and helping with that!
