Problems and challenges are addressed promptly and professionally. Our client representative, Andrew Wentworth, has been our point of contact since 2020. In a world where it seems like sales people change weekly, it’s great to have a steady a responsive individual to rely on. I reached out to Taylor Oil and was able to discuss the situation and receive a quote in a couple of hours. We were originally given a delivery eta of the following day but they delivered same day! We are extremely grateful for the extra effort they put into servicing their customers even with last minute requests.
